Chilli-Coriander Prawns & Zucchini Zoodles
Thank God for the weekend! – Especially when the sun is out. Today I made this quick, and I mean ultra-quick recipe for my husband to eat during lunch. He fancied something refreshing but a tad bit chilli. So I thought, why not make chilli-coriander prawns with a dash of lime and zucchini zoodles? I thought this recipe would be a bit of a hit and miss because I don’t really eat prawns but, according to the hubby it was definitely a hit!
Give it a try – it takes 10 minutes or less to make! It’s healthy, fresh and altogether tantalising
