Blackberry Yoghurt Parfait
I don’t know about you, but in the warmer months of the year I love eating breakfast with fresh fruit! Why? well, firstly because it’s much more refreshing than a bowl of warm oats and secondly, berries will be in season and are more readily available at my local farmer’s market. This morning I made this fresh Blackberry Yogurt Parfait for my husband and I to consume before we went for a lovely walk.
What I loved most about this parfait is that, it was pretty light but also rather fulfilling. I also liked the fact that it wasn’t too sweet and, oh, did I tell you that it took less than 5 minutes to put together? Yes! Less than 5 minutes and 3 ingredients. What more could one ask for?

Ingredients
- 1 cup Granola
- 1 punnet Blackberries washed
- 2 cups Greek Yoghurt
Instructions
Spoon half of the yogurt into a glass, top with a layer of granola, then blackberries. Repeat the layering process until you have used all the ingredients.
