I don’t know about you but, everyone is my family LOVES chicken. You can’t really go wrong with chicken. It’s quite a versatile meat that can be eaten with just about anything. That’s why I enjoy making this easy sticky chicken recipe when I get visitors because, well, it takes 5 minutes to prepare and 35 minutes to bake in the oven. It can be served with rice, cous-cous, quinoa, potatoes, a delicious fresh salad or on its own as an appetiser. What more could one ask for?
