  1. Add into your blender Greek yoghurt, strawberries, bananas and blueberries. Blend on a low setting for 3-6 minutes until small bits remain.
  2. Pour smoothie into bowl, and top with milled linseed, chia seeds and any left over fruit. Enjoy!
