Ingredients

Greek Yoghurt
or Almond milk

punnet
Strawberries
1
Bananas
sliced and frozen
1/2
punnet
Blueberries
1
tablesppon
Milled Linseed
1/2
tablespoon
Chia Seeds
Instructions
Add into your blender Greek yoghurt, strawberries, bananas and blueberries. Blend on a low setting for 3-6 minutes until small bits remain.
Pour smoothie into bowl, and top with milled linseed, chia seeds and any left over fruit. Enjoy!
